Mr. Lewis can provide such services on an individual basis, or can put together a small team of experienced restructuring professionals at short notice to implement any assignment. Assignments with liabilities of $20-200 million are the range within which Gower is most likely to be cost competitive and efficient. Larger more complex assignments are also feasible where Gower's role is limited to the services of Mr. Lewis individually (such as mediation, expert testimony or restructuring officer roles).
Mr. Lewis' experience ranges from some of the largest corporate restructuring deals (GGP, NewPage) to middle market transactions such as Fleetwood Industries, Environmental Systems Products and Flexsol (deals in the $50-150 million range).
Gower can provide the experience and expertise derived from 40 years of active deal-making in world class investment banking institutions at a cost proposition more characteristic of the middle market.
